JESSICA JAYNE stumbled across her first yoga class seeking out a workout routine, and to also try and "better herself" after years of self-destructive habits. What she discovered was so much deeper, as she uncovered a magical space within body and mind that she had never been aware of previously. The practice eventually became the shining armor that guided her to become a warrior within her own life.
Jess felt completely compelled to share this gift that granted her a second chance at life with the rest of the world. She completed her first teacher training program through Power Edge Yoga, and then went on to complete her 200 hour RYT certification through SoderWorld Healing Arts Academy.
Jessica's approach to teaching is lighthearted and fun, always incorporating a mindful physical practice utilizing the power of pranayama and focusing on body awareness. She hopes to help individuals listen to their bodies, tap into their inner wisdom, and experience the power of the present moment.
She will always consider herself a student, and continues to seek out opportunities to learn and grow. When she isn't teaching, she can usually be found with her head in her journal, her feet in her mat, watching Disney movies with her husband or making endless amounts of green smoothies.
