KRISTIN PERKINS is yoga instructor with a zeal for traveling, philosophizing and bringing people together to enjoy the practice of yoga. I received my teaching certification in 2010 and am registered with Yoga Alliance. Additionally, I hold a degree in philosophy. The philosophical richness of yoga is what inspires both my personal practice and teaching.

When planning my classes, I gravitate towards slow, fluid sequences. I tend to emphasize breathing exercises and postures that increase mobility through the hips so we feel calm and comfortable when we come into sitting meditation at the end of the session. I love welcoming people who are new to either yoga or meditation into my classes. I look forward to you joining me soon!
