Mommy & Me Yoga is a beginner's yoga class for parents with babies under 12 months. Class will be mostly gentle stretching and movement to regain post-partum strength and confidence.  It will be stress-free and super playful, allowing space for crying or nursing babies. We will work to promote strong bodies and minds and we will even explore some breath, meditation, and massage techniques for mom and baby that can be practiced at home. Come join our community, meet local moms, and put your own self-care first so that we may be better mothers and lovers and friends around the clock.
