JILL CROCKETT began
practicing Yoga over 15 years ago, and she was quickly drawn to the
grace and meditative quality of Vinyasa Flow. In 2007 she completed the
500 hour teacher training through Yoga Roots taught by Janice Adelman
Cadwell and has been teaching since then. Jill also has a masters degree
in Clinical Psychology. She feels that teaching is another way to help
people find truth and authenticity in their lives. Jill leads a
vigorous, powerful class which is for students in good health who seek
challenge, discipline and truth. In addition to a well rounded class,
breathwork, arm balances and twists are emphasized.

JULIE COLE has been practicing yoga since 2003 and has a masters degree in
social work. She became passionate about her practice about 5 years ago
and completed her 200 Hour Teacher Training through Prairie Yoga in
2013. Julie now enjoys sharing her love of yoga with her students,
friends and family.
While Julie has practiced different styles of
yoga over the years, she has been most drawn to alignment-based yoga
and to studying the therapeutic effects of yoga on one's mind, body and
spirit. Julie's intention as a teacher is to provide her students with a
safe and supportive environment in which to practice, learn and grow as
students of life and yoga. In addition to teaching adult and family
yoga classes, Julie has begun to combine her yoga teaching skills with
her social work background to teach trauma-sensitive yoga to both
children and adults.
