KATIE SAYAD has a youthful energy that helps her bring vitality and passion to anything health and wellness related - especially yoga!  She discovered yoga over five years ago and it quickly grew into a vital source to bring more consciousness and compassion to her way of being.

Katie has studied, and continues to study from, various styles of yoga from yoga masters and teachers through the years. As a result, she has absorbed in the wisdom and art of these different approaches to yoga and has blended it into her own unique style and creativity to the way she teaches vinyasa style yoga. Katie has earned her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification from Yogaview in Wilmette, IL.

Additionally, Katie is a certified Holistic Health & Wellness Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Her primary mission is to help improve the wellbeing of others by detoxing and cleansing the body and mind for a powerful reset. This approach is to help others uncover their authentic selves and propel them forward on a more clutter-free, conscious, and compassionate path. Katie shares and brings this light to others on (and off!) the mat.
