Foundations Yoga (Therapeutic) uses breath within the poses to create a sense of balance and ease.  This style yoga is perfect for those looking to relieve stress and develop more flexibility.

Foundations follows the teachings of Krishnamacharya based on the Yoga Sutras. Chapter one defines yoga as the ability to direct the mind without distraction or interruption. This class uses asana (postures) coordinated with the breath which focuses the mind bringing the whole system into concert. No matter the level of the student, yoga meets us where we are, creating a personal practice and experience. Through our practice we may begin to reduce our stress and suffering creating the space for more joy.
